Super fast! Extremely well priced! Was very impressed with how this business was operating. Other places quoted me at $900 and $500 and they did it for $100 in 20 min. Got me right in, replaced the section that had a hole and was making noise, got me right out!

Stopped in after Silvercreek Repair recommended them for a rusted-out flex joint. I was lucky enough to get right in, as this place gets very busy. They confirmed the issue, cut out the old joint, welded in the new one, and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes. Excellent service! If you have any exhaust needs, I highly recommend them. No upselling, no unnecessary talk—just straight to the issue, getting the job done, and getting you on your way. Exactly the kind of service you hope to find!

Dropped my car off this morning. They called me an hour or so later, told me what was wrong and my options and I went back an hour after I got off the phone and picked it up. Looks good, sounds good and I expect it should hold up very well! I've been here before and always had a great experience. Highly recommend!

If you need muffler or exhaust work, I HIGHLY recommend Ritzman Muffler on Cleveland Massillon Rd. The owner is extremely nice, honest, and helpful. He took the time to evaluate my car AND show me what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed online. I left the shop after the diagnostic in search of the parts locally. Took the parts back the same day and my car was on the rack within 30 mins. The repair took about another 30 mins. Pricing? REASONABLE and AFFORDABLE! Car came off the rack sounding brand new. They have earned a lifetime customer. Word of mouth is so important, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Check them out!
